These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 6kingsmastery.com (the “Site”) and any products, courses, or community programs offered by Heimdall Digital Holdings LLC, doing business as 6 Kings (“6 Kings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase from us. You are responsible for keeping your account login confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Products and orders
We sell apparel and merchandise, digital courses, and access to community programs. We try to describe and display products accurately, but colors, sizing, and availability may vary. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or limited stock, and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the total, including applicable taxes and shipping. For recurring memberships or subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Some items are made to order and may be printed and shipped by fulfillment partners. Return and refund terms are shown on the product page or at checkout and form part of these Terms. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can make it right.
Courses and digital content
When you buy a course or digital content, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own personal learning. You may not share your login, copy, record, resell, redistribute, or publicly post course materials without our written permission.
Community conduct
In our community programs and groups, treat other members with respect. Do not harass, threaten, or discriminate against others, post unlawful or abusive content, spam, or disclose other members’ private information. We may remove content or suspend or end access for anyone who violates these rules.
Educational purposes; no professional advice
Our courses, community programs, and content are for education, personal development, and inspiration only. They are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care. We do not guarantee any particular result. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. If you are struggling with your health or safety, please seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the 6 Kings name, logos, sigils, designs, text, graphics, videos, and course materials, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Content you submit
If you post or send us content, you keep ownership of it, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it as needed to operate and promote the Site and our programs. You confirm you have the right to share it.
Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it, introducing malware, or using it for anything unlawful.
Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party services such as Stripe and our hosting and fulfillment providers. We are not responsible for their services or terms, and your use of them may be subject to their own policies.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or the law.
Termination

Governing law
